Aroma: Notes of black fruits, aromas of plum, blackcurrant, olives, and ginger.

Tasting notes: Medium bodied wine expressing red and black fruits, plums, blackberry, and blackcurrants, on the finish there are spicy notes and chocolate. The tannins are smooth and silky, with a medium-high acidity.

Vinification: Oak aged for 6 months then bottle aged until release.

Food pairing: Corten Cabernet Franc pairs well with beef steak, smoked and cured meats, and cheese.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
