Tasting notes: Well balanced, fruit driven red wine packed full of black fruit flavours and some spicy notes. The oak aging has developed the profile leaving velvety tannins and good body.

Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested and sorted prior to fermentation. Then aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Food pairing: Grilled red meat, smoked and cured meats, sausages, hard cheeses and dark chocolate desserts

Serving temperature: 18-20°C
