Aroma: Instantly shows ripe sweet cherry, once allowed to breathe it develops into baked cherry, blackberry and plums.

Tasting notes: Well balanced red and black fruits, spices from the oak aging of clove and nutmeg. Velvety tannins and medium acidity on the finish.

Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested and sorted prior to fermentation. Then aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Food pairing: Venison and beef steak, lamb chops, salami and stuffed peppers

Serving temperature: 18-20°C – Decant for 60 minutes prior to serving to achieve optimum flavour and aroma profile.
