Aroma: It is crisp and balanced. Pale straw colour, with ripe citrus aromas typical of the Chardonnay variety. The aroma is quite complex, expressive of apples and lemons complemented by fresh bread.

Tasting notes: The taste is full, creamy and complex, notes of nuts are felt at the end. Balanced crisp, zesty fruits combine with yeasty bread notes and a creamy finish.

Vinification: This sparkling wine was created by the secondary fermentation of the wine in stainless steel tanks, Charmat method (Prosecco). where the wine goes through malolactic conversion.

Food pairing: Domeniile Vorniceni Brut Sparkling can be served as an aperitive or paired with fish and seafood dishes.
