Tasting notes: Produced by natural fermentation from grapes of the Muscat group, this sparkling wine maintains the virgin taste of the must with the high concentration of natural glucose and low alcohol content. Light and refreshing character, it offers pleasant notes of ripe fruits and floral undertones.

Vinification: Manufactured under Italian technology with second fermentation taking place in special tanks. This enables the preservation of its fresh and lively taste.

Food pairing: Fresh fruits, light desserts, chocolate creams, and raspberry tarts.
