Aroma: It is crisp and balanced. Pale straw colour, with ripe citrus aromas typical of the Chardonnay variety. The aroma is quite complex, expressive of apples and lemons complemented by fresh bread.

Tasting notes: The taste is full, creamy and complex, notes of nuts are felt at the end.

Vinification: This sparkling wine was created by the secondary fermentation of the wine, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine goes through malolactic conversion.

Food pairing: Served as an aperitive or with fish or seafood dishes.
