Aroma: Chocolate and vanilla combined with some floral notes.

Tasting notes: Lots of vanilla flavour giving a sense of sweetness, on the finish there is chocolate notes and some cedar. The taste is smooth and refined from the long oak aging.

Vinification: Aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 7 years.

Food pairing: Bardar 7 Years XO Brandy pairs well with aged cheeses such as Gouda or Cheddar, dried fruits and nuts
