Aroma: The colour is an intense rich-gold. The aromas that open in the glass are reminiscent of overripe tropical fruits like pineapple, mango and invigorating notes of lemon peel.

Tasting notes: The taste is long lasting and unexpectedly fresh due to the acidity with notes of honey and tropical fruits.

Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14°C for about 42 days.

Food pairing: Fresh fruits, pastry, white chocolate.
