Vinification: Stainless steel tanks, fermented at 17c for about 18-23 days
Food pairing: Salads, grilled vegetables, seafood like shrimp or mussels, and lightly spiced chicken salads. Consider also lighter pasta dishes, crispy quiche with goat cheese, and even some cheese and charcuterie boards.
