Aroma: Blackberries and black cherries.

Tasting notes: Black fruits, cherry, plum, chocolate, bay leaf and vanilla. A medium body and tannins that give the wine a roundness and a pleasant long finish. Notes of aging, tobacco and leather make this wine a much more complex merlot then the classic fresh merlot.

Vinification: Oak aged for 6 months then bottle aged until release.

Food pairing: Steak, smoked cured meats and cheese.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
