Tasting notes: Distinguished by a very delicate foam, this is an easy to drink sparkling wine with low minerality, especially when well chilled.

Vinification: Utilising the Charmat method, whereby the second fermentation occurs inside the stainless steel tank prior to bottling.

Food pairing: Nutty cheeses (Gouda, Edam, Emmental), fresh salads and antipasto.

Serving temperature: 6-10°C.
