Aroma: A light aroma that develops in intensity, aromas of lemon juice, unripe white cherry, pine and detectable wild flowers.

Tasting notes: Light bodied with a medium-long fruity aftertaste, detectable fresh lemon pulp, mango and passion fruit puree in the aftertaste.

Vinification: Stainless steel tanks, fermented at 17c for about 18-23 days

Food pairing: Seafood dishes, Creamy cheeses and Chicken salads.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
