Tasting notes: Velvety, with balanced acidity and a slight astringency. The finish is complex and lingers on the palate. Notes of caramelised orange, peach, apple, and spiced bread, along with a firm, saline grip to the finish.

Vinification: Stainless steel tanks, fermented at 17c for about 18-23 days
Food pairing: Seafood, spicy dishes, and foods with creamy or rich sauces. Specifically, it shines with Middle Eastern mezze, mature cheeses, fermented foods, and spiced roasted vegetables. It also works well with rich fish dishes like salmon or monkfish in a tomato-based sauce.
