Aroma: Aromatic bouquet dominated by ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, and plum aromas, accompanied by nuances of cedar, tobacco, and a hint of vanilla from oak aging.

Tasting notes: Full-bodied and rich, with velvety tannins and a firm structure. Flavours of dark fruits, such as black cherry and blackberry, are complemented by notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and spices. The finish is long and persistent, with lingering fruit and oak nuances.

Vinification: Aged for 6 months in French oak.

Food pairing: Grilled or roasted red meats, including steak, lamb chops, or beef stew, Hard Cheese such as Cheddar, Gouda, or Parmesan, hearty pasta dishes featuring tomato-based sauces, mushrooms, or cured meats.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
