Aroma: The colour of the ice wine is a rich gold and we also have to mention the nice viscosity caused by the high sugar content. The bouquet is very intense with pronounced Muscat flavours, shades of basil and notes of honey.

Tasting notes: It has a fine, pleasant taste, with a refreshing acidity and shades of white cherry jam and candied peaches.

Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14°C for about 42 days.

Food pairing: Cheesecake, crème brulee.

Serving temperature: 5-7°C.
