Aroma: Ripe cherry, blueberry, plums and spicy pepper notes.

Tasting notes: Light bodied with flavours of cherry, blackberry, blueberry, plum, black pepper and cloves. High acidity, medium tannins and a long finish.

Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested and sorted prior to fermentation. Then aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Food pairing: Grilled red meat, smoked and cured meats, charcuterie, hard cheeses and Asian foods.

Serving temperature: 18-20°C
